I attended the shop today. The members of staff were lovely and they had an excellent sense of humour. They were eager to engage in a conversation when I asked a question. It was a sincere pleasure coming into the shop and I shall do so again soon.

I check the website of the store before I purchase anything. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great Bargains all around.

The woman who assisted me today was very kind. There was only one self-service till and that was broken, which was fine because I think customers are tired of being forced to use self-service tills. The shop is very clean and well-presented. I only purchased one item and the customer service I received was excellent. Keep up the good work.
